Description: The course treats the history of the MPEG standards, the specific standards MPEG-4, MPEG-7, MPEG-21, the humanoid animation standard H-ANIM, the STandard for the Exchange of Product (model) data (STEP), the Scalable Vector Graphics standard SVG, the Virtual Reality Modeling Language VRML, the extensible 3D graphics standard X3D, and the extensible markup language XML.
