This was my first experience at IMATI-CNR at Genova. It was the beginning of collaboration in the context of my Ph.D., which is in co-tutelage between the INPG and the IMATI.

I spent there only two months, but they were enough to begin how the group of Genova works and is organized. I discovered a place where all people collaborate to solve problems, where each discussion is source of new ideas.

Since I am an Industrial Engineering, the competences and the expertise of people at the IMATI allowed me to look my research activities from another point of view, and gave me some hints to go on into my work.

Anyway, an important point in my visit was the acquaintance of some interesting persons, helpful to give me some advice during the day and bearing me company out of work.
