DESCRIPTION:ICEIS is a prestigious world-class conference and a top reference in the area of Information Systems. The yearly meeting place of top researchers and practitioners in Computer Science and Information Systems, ICEIS is one of the largest conferences in the world in its area. \n\nMore than 50 distinguished keynote speakers were invited to ICEIS during the previous eighth editions of this conference. ICEIS is sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies for Information, Control and Communications, and it is usually held in cooperation with top international associations. \n\n\n\nEvery year the best papers of the conference are published in a book, by Springer (previously Kluwer). Prestigious scientific journals publish extended versions of selected ICEIS papers.\n\n\n\nICEIS-2007 will be held in the beautiful island of Madeira (the "Pearl of the Atlantic")  on June 12-16 2007.
