Social events and excursions
As a default, it is assumed that you would like to take part in some parties, a city tour and an excursion, as they are free of charge. If you do not because you have other plans, that is fine. Just let us know so that we can give to the restaurants and tour operators involved some numbers of participants that are about right. If there is an accompanying person, he/she is welcome to participate, too. Again just tell us about that for the planning involved.
The current plans are
A welcome party on Wednesday, July 19, 19:00
An event dinner on Friday, July 21, 19:00
A city tour (partially by bus , and a walk in the Old
Town) on Saturday, July 22, 13:00 – 16:00
An excursion
by bus outside Tallinn on Sunday, July 23, 10:00 – 19:00
A farewell party on Monday, July 24, 19:00
