-this version include the ontology used during the AIM@SHAPE review which have taken place in March 2006
-first it includes the last version of shape (shapeOntology_v2.04) and tool ontology (toolOntology_v1.03)I

-let harmonize the concept between the acquisition processing Cluster and the shapeCommonOntology
1) institution in the APOntology is set equivalent to sco:institutionInfo, 
	1.1) where the attribure hasInstitutionAddress is set equivalent to sco.hasAddress ( deleting the fuctional the HasInstitutionAddress)
	1.2)attribure hasInstitutionName is set equivalent to sco:hasName 

UNexpected behaviour from the search engine:
BOth the classes sco:institutionInfo and Institution dissappear from the search engine interface, than if the owner of an acquisition system are retrieved through the nrql query

the list of istance corrisponding to teh owners appear but it is not possible to click on it in order to take a look about their attribute..    



What is still to do:
1) person has to be alligned to sco:personInfo


*) tco:ShapeType is an empty Hierarchy... 
*) ShapeData has to be alligned with sco:shapeRepresentation, ShapeData will probably extends sco:ShapeRepresentation which refer to shapeInfo  and it is expected to refer in some way to tco:Shapetype

*)The class PersonInfo is both in sco and tco

is there a version more updated for tco ?
the classes tco:algorithm is quite trivial, probably the task should be related to softwaretool as teh kind of step has been done
